Who we are

Our story begins with our founder, Hyde, and her lifelong passion for creating desserts. This passion came to life as a beloved dessert shop back in the Philippines, celebrated for everything from cakes, pastries, and savouries.

After moving to Melbourne, the desire to create and share sweets grew stronger. In 2017, Hyde decided to study a Certificate III in Patisserie but has since not had the initiative to start the business.

After working nearly a decade in the dairy industry, specifically the formula milk, Hyde decided to pour her expertise into making exceptionally flavoured, creamy desserts, and that's how MeltyCream started.

Our vision is to develop and sell desserts that focus on real natural flavours. We believe that the best flavours come from nature, so we aim to use natural flavours in our ice cream and future desserts.

Our Licensed Home Kitchen

We operate from our registered and certified home kitchen in Mulgrave. As a 'Home Based Retailer', we are fully compliant with the Food Act 1984 and all requirements set by our local council
